Guest Requirements for Mobile Key and Nuances
- A member of the Wyndham Rewards loyalty program
- A valid stay booked directly through Wyndham Channels
- Mobile Phone Number
- Logged into the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App using the Wyndham Rewards member profile for the reservation
- No OTA bookings will be able to use the mobile key
- Keys cannot be shared thru the app
- Additional guests cannot be added, only one mobile key

Below are the options for opening a case with Wyndham HTCS, they will support any issues with the Wyndham app and any Wyndham platforms.

- When calling to open a case you will be prompted to input your properties WyndhamSite ID, this will ensure you are routed to the correct PM Support team to assist.
- All URGENT cases that need immediate attention can be called in through this option.
