Because IGRMS is a cloud-based system, it is possible to synchronize the data it contains across multiple PCs.
Examples:
- Front desk with two PCs
- Front desk with one PC and a lobby kiosk with a second PC
Data Synchronization– If your property uses multiple PCs with IGRMS, click the refresh icon at the right corner of the window as outlined in red in the image below. This will sync the data so that you have accurate information regarding rooms, guests, and staff.
