IGRMS Software - How to create a Back Office Setup Card

1. Room setting → Setup Card → Back Office Setup
2. Select Back Office door to issue ‘Common Door Setup Card’
3. Put the card on the encoder and click the [Issue Card] button

*Back Office Setup card is the same as Room Setup card, for Room installation of hotels not using Mobile Key.

Hotels using Mobile Key are required to set up the room with the Staff App.

Room installation with a Room setup card is not allowed. (Install with Staff App)
