Accessing Common Areas
If your reservation includes access to common areas such as the pool, fitness center, or additional entrances, click on Additional Door to see a list of the additional doors on your mobile key, this could be Common Areas.
- Click on the access door you need and hold it up to the lock for that lock to engage and open.
- A green checkmark will appear on the screen along with a vibration of the device indicating that the door has successfully been opened.
