OpenKey Clients with OpenKey NXT-150 Locks and V3 BLE Modules will use the OpenKey V3 Programmer App to install modules and make firmware updates. This also applies to any locks that house the OpenKey V3 BLE Modules.
**Note, during the deployment process, you should have received your credentials for the programmer app. If you do not have those or are new without the credentials, please call 877-800-2008 and provide the name of your hotel to receive your login credentials. Please note that credentials will not be provided without the permission of a GM or Hotel Manager.**
Use the link below to download the app onto your Android device. If you are opening this article on your desktop or laptop, copy the link and send it to your email on your phone to open the link and start the downloading process on your mobile device. Depending on what type of Android device you have, you may need to download the Google Files app from the Play Store if you do not have the files folder on your phone.
Once you click on the link, it will direct you to this page, click download anyway.
Once the file downloads, if the file will not allow you to open it, please go to your Files app.
Click on the downloads
Then you should be able to see the programmer app download, if not you may need to sort the downloads to the most recent first.
From this point, it will ask you to install
Once the app has been installed, you will see this message. You can then open the app.
Once the app has opened you will then be directed to add your credentials for the app.
