Accessing Additional Guest Rooms
If your reservation includes access to Additional Guest Rooms, (you can access up to 4 rooms on one mobile key session with the additional guest rooms) click on Additional Door to see a list of the additional doors on your mobile key.
- Click on the access door you need and hold it up to the lock for that lock to engage and open.
- A green checkmark will appear on the screen along with a vibration of the device indicating that the door has successfully been opened.
