When a guest has an active mobile key, this section will show when Info is clicked on the bottom left-hand side of the app:
- Promotions
- Promotions are a way of promoting the use of mobile keys, only the guests that have an active mobile key will see the promotion. This can be used in a variety of ways, from showing the key to the bartender to receive a free drink to using your booking engine with a promo code to get a percentage off your next stay.
Managers can include these specific features or leave them out entirely. If they are blank, the section will not show in the app.
