With the Imgate Staff app, you can test mobile key functionality without having to issue a mobile key.
The Imgate Staff app works on both iPhone and Android. Download the app on either the Apple Store (iPhone) or Google Playstore (Android).
Once the app is downloaded, you will need to log in using your IGRMS login credentials.
Please enable Bluetooth first before testing the Mobile Key using the Imgate Staff App:
- Go to the Imgate Staff App Main Screen.
- Click on STAFF MOBILE KEY.
After clicking on STAFF MOBILE KEY, click on Opening Key.
The lock itself will need to be woken up to work. This can be done by pressing your finger on the lock reader button above the door lever. A blue light should start to flash.
Hold the phone up to the lock reader button with the blue light flashing. The door should open.
