Once you have set up your Operators, you need to assign permissions for that Operator to perform operations inside the system.
- Select Files and Staff Management
- Choose the Operator and Select Authorization.
- Select the boxes you wish for the Operator to have permission to perform.
- If you have chosen to give this Operator access to issue guest cards then you will also need to open the Advanced Settings, a pop-up box will appear
- Choose the Building or Buildings for the guest cards to be created and click OK
- If you need to modify an Operator, select the Operator and choose the "Edit" option, you can then edit the Operator and click OK.
- If you need to modify an Operator, select the Operator and choose the "Delete" option. The pop-up will ask if you are sure you want to delete, select yes.
- You can also use the "Refresh" option to refresh the users or use the "Print" option to print a list of the users.
