You will need to check out your guests even if they do not bring a key card back to you at the front desk.
**It is essential to make sure you are checking the guests out since the software is not connected to your PMS.**
- Click on Card Management and Select Checkout Without Card
- The following pop-up appears
- Add the room number
- Click Search
- The info for that room will appear on the bottom of the pop-up
- If the info for the room is correct, click Confirm
- If there is more than 1 key card created for this room, you can also see the records.
- These other records can be removed from the system as well, confirm the 1st record deletion, use the arrow to move to the next record, and confirm.
***If the records are in multiple numbers, you will need to delete the records to ensure the RFID cards for future guests will have no issues. The best practice is to make sure the room is completely checked out after each stay, whether that is returning the key cards on the encoder or using the check-out without card feature.***
Remark: This operation cannot block the lost Guest Card. To make sure the lost Guest Card cannot get access to the room, an Access Stop Card is required to read the lock.
