If your reservation includes access to common areas such as the pool, fitness center, or additional entrances, click on Additional Door to see a list of the additional doors on your mobile key, this could be Common Areas. If no additional keys are listed, then all common areas will be accessible on the main key.
- Click on the access door you need and hold it up to the lock for that lock to engage and open.
- A green checkmark will appear on the screen along with a vibration of the device indicating that the door has been opened.
