When a guest has an active mobile key, this section will show when Info is clicked on the bottom left-hand side of the app:
- Announcements are an excellent way to inform your current, in-house guests of important happenings at your property. You can use these to showcase events/specials, safety precautions (for example, major storms), or maintenance concerns (elevator out of order or ice machine on the 2nd floor is not functioning). Anything you would like your current guests to be aware of? Simply swipe to the left, to see more.
Managers can include these specific features or leave them out entirely. If they are blank, the section will not show in the app.
