If your stay displays “Pending Available Room, " you must wait until the Hotel assigns you a room. You will be notified when the room is ready and available. Once the room is assigned to you, you can get your mobile key by selecting the “Get My Key” button. If you notice an error with your reservation details, please get in touch with the hotel directly by clicking the phone icon.
If your stay does not appear on this screen, that typically means that the phone/email on your reservation does not match the information you used to verify. You can check this by visiting the Profile option in the app and by reviewing the contact details saved to your reservation.
To view your profile click the 3 horizontal lines on the top left-hand side of the app. Click Profile. You will be able to view and update your contact details here.
Note: If you update your contact details the app will require a new verification code to validate your information.
