IGRMS Software - How to Create a Common Facility

1. Go to Room setting → Hotel Setting → Common Facility
2. Click the [Create] button below the ‘Common Facility’ list
3. Type the Common Facility name in the ‘Common Facility Name’ section
4. Select the day and time for access - the default setting is all days, midnight to 11:59pm
5. Click the [Create] button
6. To confirm settings, select the facility from the Common Facility List and view the settings on the right-hand side of the screen
