Below are the Installation Instructions for the New Entrava Encoder.
Suppose you have recently purchased the newest version of the Entrava Encoder, in that case, you must upgrade your IGRMS software to the newest version and download the new driver for the new encoder to function properly.

***Please remember all Entrava Software and Encoders will need to be installed on a Windows Computer***
Please follow the step-by-step instructions below to install the upgraded IGRMS software version to be compatible with the new Entrava Encoder (see image above)
1. Log out of the current IGRMS software downloaded on your computer & delete IGRMS version 1.0.33. An easy way to know if you have the older version of the software is on the login screen which will display the Orange Openkey Logo or once you have logged into IGRMS, open the settings and see the version listed.
2. Unplug the old encoder from the USB port / Do not plug in the new encoder into the USB port at this stage.
3. Install the updated version 1.0.41 IGRMS program
The newest version will show the black IGRMS Logo.
NOTE: You will most likely need to Bypass Windows Safety blocker to download the IGRMS program since it is not sourced by Microsoft, by selecting "Keep Anyway", "Run Anyways", etc.
4. Install the ACS Encoder driver you will need for the updated version by clicking the link below and installing.

5. Once both downloads are complete, restart the device.
6. Log back into IGRMS and confirm the version is 1.01.41 in the settings window.
7. Plug in new encoder & test functionality
If a "Card Read Error" message persists, proceed to step 8
8. Log out of IGRMS (do NOT delete this time) & unplug the encoder from the USB port
9. Install the following two files.

10. Restart device
11. Log into IGRMS, plug the encoder into the USB port & test the functionality
