To erase/delete data associated with a card, use the Read Card button at the top of the IGRMS screen.
Erase Card will work with all cards including Guest, Master, Emergency, and Maintenance cards.
Note - you must have the card to complete the Erase Card function. Options for blocking a lost/stolen/unreturned card can be found here: IGRMS Software ~~ How to Block Cards
- To use the Erase Card function, start by placing the card on the encoder.
- Click the Read Card button at the top of the IGRMS screen.
- A popup will display showing the current information associated with the card.
- Click on the Erase Card button on the popup.
- You will then see a new popup stating that the information associated with the card has been deleted.
- Note - There is no additional confirmation popup or step before the erasure is completed. As soon as you click Erase Card, the action will be completed.
