If your hotel's PMS is integrated with OpenKey HOST, you can issue and manage mobile keys by updating the reservations within the property management system. This communication allows the PMS to deliver check-in, room, and departure date updates, and check-out information to OpenKey. Upon delivery, OpenKey processes the data and issues or updates the mobile key automatically.
As a reminder, you can still issue plastic keys along with your mobile key, as long as you follow the proper procedure laid out by your lock manufacturer. Find out more about how to issue both mobile keys and plastic keys for the same reservation Here.

- Early check-out
- Room change
