This registration process is available to all hotels, this is the pre arrival communication process.
There will be 2 ways for a guest to receive the registration information. First by being sent an email with the QR code to begin the mobile check-in and second by a text message with a link to begin the check-in process.
Please Note:
Once pre arrivals have been turned on it will take approximately
48 hours for the email server to sync and start sending the pre-arrivals to your guests. The system looks 48 hours prior to get pre-arrivals ready for guests checking in with in the next 24 hours.
1. If an email is listed on the reservation, the guest will receive a similar email below.
The guest will be sent an email with a QR code to start the registration process. The stay date is listed at the top, the QR code is listed in the center and the Begin Mobile Check-In button is listed below the QR code. The guest will then use their phone to scan the QR code or click Begin mobile check-in.
If they click Begin Mobile Checkin, it will redirect them to this page, letting them know to scan the QR code with a mobile device.
2. If a mobile number is listed on the reservation, the guest will receive a text message with a link to begin the registration process
Once either the link is clicked on the text or the QR code is scanned from the email, it will then direct the guest to this screen on the mobile device. Click Get Started at the bottom of the screen.
On this screen, you will be prompted to fill out the form by adding your phone number is mandatory and email is optional. Once the info is filled out you can then select an estimated time of arrival, click next a the bottom of the screen.
On this screen, you are prompted to read and agree to the hotel guest agreement. Click agree and sign
Sign your name on the screen and click submit.
Once you click Submit, the screen will show as successful with a green check mark, depending on what type of phone you registered on, you can click the option at the bottom to download the app in advance of your stay.
Once you have downloaded the app from the store, you will be able to see the My Stays page with the reservations as Pending Room Ready, once the room is available and you are checked in, the key will automatically start to download.
