Below are instructions if you are seeing issues with RFID cards still working on locks after you "checkout guest without card"
1) Log in to HIMS and navigate to system settings. At the top of the screen on the left, click Files and scroll down to System settings.
2) Scroll down the page and locate "Group access card."
3) Change the setting to "individual access card." Click OK
4) Wait at least 5 minutes before proceeding to the next step.
5) Create a guest key card for the room in question, take the key to the door, and make sure it can open the door.
6) Navigate to Check Out without Card
7) Create a Stop Access Card and hold it against the lock until the light turns blue to confirm activation
If successful, the stop access card should block the guest card from using the lock. Please note that you may need to repeat this process for it to work properly.
