With a permission level of only a Front desk Agent, you will have limited access to the HOST platform.
- The agent can add a new guest and issue a mobile key
- The agent can look at the Communication Tab
- The agent can see and update their Profile
- The agent can access our Knowledge Base
On the Communications Tab, the agent will see the Reservations if the hotel has a PMS Integration, if the hotel is sending our Pre-Arrival emails, they will also be able to see at the bottom of the screen when an email has been sent.
