With a permission level of only a Front desk Agent, you will have limited access to the HOST platform.
- The agent can add a new guest and issue a mobile key
- The agent can look at the Communication Tab
- The agent can see and update their Profile
- The agent can access our Knowledge Base
Once the agent has clicked on the Help and Training Link, this will open our Knowledge Base and articles can be searched here. The agent can also submit a request to our Support Team in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
